Edit Your Documents by Conversation

Once PhysiPal generates a clinical note, you can now refine it through a built-in AI chat panel - no manual editing required. Just tell it what you want changed, in plain language.

A few things you can ask it to do:

Rewrite a section in more formal clinical language
Summarise a lengthy treatment section into two sentences
Add a recommended home exercise based on the session notes
Adjust the tone for a specific referrer or audience
Answer questions about the appointment or patient

The AI understands the full context of your document, so edits are coherent rather than piecemeal. You stay in control, every suggested change is shown inline, and you accept or discard it with a single click.

Notes That Look as Good as They Read

Plain-text notes get the job done, but structured formatting makes documents faster to scan and easier to act on — especially for referrers reading under time pressure.

PhysiPal now supports rich formatting across all generated documents:

Headings - H1, H2, and H3 to organise content into clear sections
Bullet points and numbered lists - ideal for treatment plans, goals, and exercise programs
Bold and italic emphasis — highlight key findings or precautions at a glance

Formatting is applied automatically when PhysiPal generates a document, and you can adjust it further through the AI chat or the inline toolbar.
